1 Star DOA!!
Unfortunately, this tv arrived DOA – wouldn’t turn on for the world. While I’m sure that this was a freak incident for Samsung and realize these things happen, it did not endear me to the brand…I sent it back and ordered a Sony instead (which worked from minute one and has been wonderful).
Amazon made for a pleasant return experience, but it was still a hassle and time consuming to repack and ship the dud. Rightfully or not, Samsung has probably lost my business forever – we all are short on time in life and it’s not easy to forget incidents like this.

What a beauty,even with the set off. I’ve been a Sony person for 20 years,but this baby is impressive.
The picture is fantastic and so is the sound,perfect for a bedroom or den.I read the start up manuel 3 times to be sure but to my delight the set does everything for you.A ll you do is answer the promps by cliking Enter and you’r done.
I’m glad I picked SAMSUNG for a change.Yes,the hardest working people on earth sure put out great stuff lately.
5 Stars Nice TV at a good price
I’m very happy with this TV. The picture is great, and the sound is good. The Amazon site said it had three HDMI ports at the time I ordered, but the TV in reality only has one HDMI (I sent Amazon a note to correct the product description.) I wasn’t thrilled about not getting three HDMI ports, but I decided to keep the TV nonetheless since it has a great picture in the size I need and at a good price.
