Always been a big fan of ViewSonic. I bought this TV with the purpose of using it as a TV as well as a pc monitor. I’m using a HDMI connection and a Nvidea 8600 video card. The computer adjusted to the screen size. Using a wide screen vs two monitors is amazing. I have so much desktop space. And it uses very little space on my actual desk. It can be mounted to a wall. This I plan to do later. Quality is as great as always. This is replacing my view sonic monitor I bought 8 years ago. And bluray on this baby… just brings tears to your eyes. Excellent buy!
1 Star Poorly exicuted
Along with poor audio, the TV would not tune any QAM channels, the picture was flat and adjustments were minimal. Shipped back to Amazon, which, as always was an easy process. I have a Viewsonic 22 inch monitor that does a great job. I replaced this TV with a Samsung ln19a330, vastly better!
1 Star Don’t buy this TV if using built in speakers
Bought his TV for a bedroom. The worst sounding TV I ever heard. Sounds like it’s coming out of a tin can. I can’t believe the manufacture would sell a TV like this. Just returned it to Amazon and will buy something else. Pictures good, not outstanding.

The TV has a good picture, but the sound is not clear and you have to turn it up to the maximum volume to hear it. The instructions do not provide information as to whether there is any way to correct the problem. I would not have purchased this set if I had known about the poor sound.

This screen has worked really nice. The picture is crisp and colors are excellent. It should have come with a tilting base as where it sits I needed to place something under the back to get the optimal picture.
It could have better speakers, but does the job well.
